The ALA Zine Pavilion Need Yer Zines!

The ALA Annual Conference will be held in San Francisco this summer, during PRIDE weekend, look out SF! I will be volunteering at the Zine Pavilion, and will be there representing the Center for Sex & Culture, make sure you stop by our table at the Zine Pavilion!

The Zine Pavilion crew will also be exhibiting zines, but we need your donations to make it all possible! The donations will be raffled off at the end of the ALA to one, or more, lucky libraries to help them start or add to their zine collection. Show some library love by donating your zines!

The Zine Pavilion is also looking for exhibitors!

Seeking zinesters to table at the zine pavillion to be set up at the American Library Association [ALA] annual conference in San Francisco June 26th – June 29th.
A group of librarians have been given the opportunity to showcase zines on the convention floor at the ALA annual conference. We are currently seeking zinesters who want to showcase their wares.  The tables are FREE, as is a pass to get into the conference. Tables will be stationed around a “zine pavillion,” which will have a ton of zines [donations welcome!] which will be raffled off to one luck library. You can table for any amount of time that works with your schedule.  The purpose is to spread the love of zines and zinecollections in libraries to the greater library community. To get a sense of how we run the pavilion and for more information visit our tumblr: http://zinepavilion.tumblr. com/  You will be able to sell your work and will get a lot of exposure to librarians all over the United States.  zinepavilion@gmail.com
